Shipping & Order Information

  • Due to high demand, please allow a minimum of 4 business days for processing and 7-10 days for delivery on all orders. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation the moment it’s on its way.
  • Couriers may take up to 48 hours to fully update tracking information.
  • Please note that while we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, we're unable to guarantee specific delivery dates, as occasional delays may occur due to weather, delivery volume, holidays or closures, courier related issues, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  • Login to your BoldHue account to view order details or manage subscriptions.
  • Missing or damaged products? Please contact customer support and we will be happy to assist you (be sure to include your order # in the request).
  • Shipping costs are deducted from returned/refunded products. View Return Policy here.
  • An order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped. You will need to initiate a return (on eligible products) with our customer support team before a refund can be issued.
  • BoldHue is not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of the courier and/or marked as delivered. You will need to file a claim directly with the courier to resolve the issue.
  • Promo code, discount, or sale applies only to eligible products and does not apply to taxes, shipping, or handling fees. Additional restrictions may apply.
  • All pigment concentrate cartridges are final sale. Due to sanitary reasons, we cannot offer returns/exchanges.

 

Restrictions

Please note that BoldHue is currently only available and designed to work within the United States as we focus on our domestic launch.

Due to legal restrictions, BoldHue’s patented technology is not supported for use outside of the U.S. (including APO addresses). Attempting to operate the device and/or products internationally will result in improper functionality and voids all warranties associated with BoldHue products.

However, we’re actively planning for international expansion in the near future. BoldHue exclusively sells its patented technology directly to consumers only in the United States via BoldHue.com. This includes our plan for international expansion. BoldHue does not offer distribution/retail partnerships at this time.
