I live outside of the United States, can I buy BoldHue?
Currently, BoldHue is only available within the U.S. as we focus on our domestic launch. However, we’re actively planning for international expansion in the near future. BoldHue will exclusively be selling its patented technology directly to consumers in the United States via BoldHue.com. This includes our plan for international expansion.

How long will it take to get my Starter Kit?
Please allow 5-7 business days for processing and up to 2 weeks for shipping on your BoldHue Starter Kit. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation the moment it’s on its way.

What if I change my mind? What's your Return Policy?
Our ultimate goal is to offer perfectly matched foundation. Our devices and pigment cartridges are tested, inspected, and proven time and time again. We are confident that you will love your BoldHue Device and use it regularly. If for any reason you do not, our return / exchange policy is as follows:
We offer a 30-day (from date of delivery), no questions asked, money-back guarantee for your BoldHue device. We strongly advise keeping the original packaging during the 30-day period.
All pigment concentrate cartridges are final sale. Due to sanitary reasons, we cannot offer returns/exchanges.

THE DEVICE
How much foundation does it dispense? What happens when my cartridges run low or empty?
Your scan is uniquely tailored to you, and as a result, the amount dispensed is based on your exact match and individual skin tones. A single dispense provides approximately one week’s worth of foundation.
Our BoldHue app tracks your usage, so you’ll be notified when it's time to reorder, ensuring you only replace what you need!
For convenience, you can set up a subscription to ensure you never run out of foundation. Subscriptions are available both on our website and in the BoldHue app, making it easy to stay stocked up! Cartridge refills will also be available via one-time purchase.
Refill cartridges will range between $15 - $20 per cartridge.
On average, most users replace 1–2 cartridges per month depending on their individual skin tone needs.

What if I have a skin condition? Where & how do I scan?
Our formula is vegan, cruelty free, meets clean beauty standards, and is dermatologist-approved for all skin types.
Our Help Center offers tutorials and videos on how to get your perfect match with BoldHue.
BoldHue’s foundation is designed to provide light to medium coverage, but it’s buildable. If you need extra coverage in certain areas, you can apply additional layers for a more full-coverage effect while still keeping a natural finish.

What kind of lighting should I use to get my perfect match when scanning with the BoldHue wand?
To get the most accurate foundation match, we suggest scanning your skin in natural, indirect daylight. This soft, even lighting helps our patented BoldHue technology capture your unique skin tone perfectly. With the right lighting, you’ll be one step closer to your flawless, personalized match!
How long do I need to charge my BoldHue device before using it?
Please allow at least 24 hours of charging before initial use of the device.
