Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your BoldHue, we are happy to issue you a full refund within the first 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned in the same condition as you received it.
Shipping Costs
For returns not covered by the warranty, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Pigment Cartridges
Our pigment concentrate cartridges are designed to work together to provide our customers with a perfect match to their skin tone. Inquiries about the pigment concentrate cartridges will be handled on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal to make our customers happy. Please email support@boldhue.com with your order number for further assistance.
Refunds/Returns/Exchanges
Due to sanitary reasons, we cannot offer returns/exchanges for cartridges. All pigment concentrate cartridges are final sale.
Defects
We rigorously check our pigment concentrate cartridges for quality control. If you feel you have received a defective product, please email support@boldhue.com with your order number, a clear photo of defective cartridge, and a brief description of the issue within 48 hours of receipt.
